The first thing you will need to do is create an account. You will need your NRDS# and your Real Estate License #. Your NRDS# can be found on the address label of your "Bay State REALTOR®" magazine from the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® or your "REALTOR®" magazine from the National Association. Your NRDS# is 9 digits long. There is a link for you to look up your NRDS# and License # when you are creating your account. E-mail gnar@worldpath.net if you encounter any trouble. 2 classes are currently available. A 3rd class is in the works and by the end of 2010 6 classes will be available.

Course Fees:

New Hampshire Core class is $35.00 for GNAR members & $40.00 for Non members.

2 hour classes are $25.00 per class for GNAR members & $30.00 per class for Non members.

1 hour classes are: $15.00 per class for GNAR members & $20.00 per class for Non members.
Code of Ethics: The Code of Ethics is a requirement of the National Association of REALTORS® and needs to be completed every four years. The current four year cycle ends December 31, 2012.
