Caravan Schedule: July 22 - Newburyport Jully 29 - Combined  Caravan Details Number of properties not to exceed 15 GNAR members take precedence.  Non-members may pay $25.00 per property, if room is available.  Check/Cash must be delivered to GNAR by Thursday morning 9AM. Tour will be divided weekly by the river (Nbpt, Nwby, Rwly & Wnew)  (Sals, Ames, Merr) Agent or agent representative must be present at meeting for property to be on tour.  (No agent present, property will be deleted from list) All properties to be emailed to gnar@worldpath.net by 12 noon on Wednesday.  Information needed:  Address, Style, # of rooms, # of bedrooms, # of baths, Price, Listing agent cell #, cross street. List will be emailed to all GNAR members (Realtors & Affiliates) on Wednesday afternoon. Revisions, additions & subtractions:  These were allowed for the 1st few weeks to help encourage participation. Week 5 found us with 3 revisions, due to late requests & a property being withdrawn. This caused enough confusion for a number of people to get lost & detoured from tour. We will continue to allow revisions for another 2 weeks to allow people to get used to the scheduling. After 8 weeks of tour, agents should understand they need to get it in by 12:00 on Wednesday, Tour will be sent out at 1:00 & there will be no revisions or additions after April 15th. The reason being, many people are taking the tour list from either the website or the email that is sent out or posted the day before. Therefore the only way to withdraw your listing from tour is to come to the meeting.  (Can not call in & ask Linda to tell someone.) The only way to have a property on tour is to email in your request prior to 12:00 on Wednesday, they will be no additions or substitutions once the tour has been sent out to the membership. Please remember the agent or a representative must be present for a property to be on tour. Please be sure all required information is sent in w/ request, including your cell #.
