- October 2nd - West Newbury, Merrimac, Amesbury, Salisbury
- October 9th - Newburyport, Newbury, Byfield, Rowley
- October 16th - West Newbury, Merrimac, Amesbury, Salisbury
- October 23rd - Newburyport, Newbury, Byfield, Rowley

To Add your Listing to Thursday Broker Tour
Log onto www.mlspin.com
Step 1: Click on Listings
Step 2: Select the listing you want to add and click Broker Tour. This will open a new window.
Step 3: In the window, select the date and start and end times that you want. Add any comments and click save.
Step 4: Go back to step 2 and select Open House and do the same. This will invite members of the public to see the home too.
Printing Broker Tour Report:
Step 1: After logging on to H3MLS, go to SEARCH and scroll down to the area where you can check the box next to Open Houses (Balloons) or Broker Tours (Red Bus).
Step 2: Check the box next to Broker Tours (Red Bus) and select the number of days and click SEARCH
Step 3: At the top of the page, selct the report Tour/Open House-Brief or Tour/Open House-Full. Please note that you can sort your results by pulling down the 'SORT BY' window at the top. You can sort by Price, Location, DOM, Number of Bedrooms, Tour Time and many other criteria.
Now you can print the page or email the page.
